What To Expect When You're Expecting

While life offers no certainties, we assure you that once you place an order, our team diligently processes it, ensuring swift packaging and prompt handoff to the carrier.

Holiday Update: 2/15/24 12:15 PM CST

  1. Plan for a delay. A delay in transit and even delays with carrier acceptance scans.
  2. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.  We do not refund shipping or cancel orders in transit.
  3. Orders are filled First-in, First-out. Please don’t email for an update if your order is within our processing estimates below. The same folks who package your orders answer your emails.

Current Delivery Timeframe

Non-FFL Orders: Processing times are between NEXT DAY – 3 business days (M-F).

FFL Orders: Processing times are between 5-12 business days (M-F).

Customer Support

Help us, help you!  We have built a Customer Help Center that can answer many of your questions without requiring one of our team members to engage you directly. We encourage you to take a minute to look for your answer before opening a ticket for assistance because the same folks who package your orders answer your emails.

Is this item in stock?

If you can add the item to your cart, 99% chance the items are in stock! Yes, we actually stock the items we sell. We have systems in place to help prevent overselling and we do not accept backorders. When your order is placed, these items are removed from our inventory and reserved for you. If there is an issue, we will contact you.

Orders for FFL Items (Lower Receivers & Firearms)

Once in the checkout, you MUST enter your FFL Dealer Information to include the Business Name and Address.  You can locate this information HERE or HERE.

You are responsible for ensuring the FFL selected accepts firearms for transfer before placing your order and that their address is correct. Changing your FFL after your order is placed will delay your order.

Double-check your order and ensure order accuracy before hitting the “place order button.”  Changes are not allowed once an order is placed.  This includes adding to or removing an item from an order.  If you need to add an item, place a new order that will ship separately.

Expedited Shipping & Handling

Selecting a faster shipping service such as Next Day or 2 Day Air does not guarantee a shorter processing time. Purchasing an expedited shipping service could decrease your transit time but does not offer a guaranteed delivery date. I've Placed My Order, Now What?

When you place your order you've secured your place in line. Here's what's going to happen:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email when you complete the checkout.
  • When your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number.
  • Two weeks after the delivery, we’ll send you an invitation to review your Arm or Ally purchase.
