By using this website or placing an order with Arm or Ally S LLC (DBA www.armorally.com), you agree to the statements and terms of sale below. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, leave this website immediately!

Customer Affidavit

  • I am at least twenty-one (21) years old.
  • By purchasing ammunition, firearms, firearm components, firearm accessories, or reloading components (including smokeless powder, black powder, primers, brass cartridges, primed brass cartridges, and/or projectiles) from ArmorAlly.com, I am not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
  • I am not under indictment and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year, even if I received a shorter sentence, including probation.
  • I am not a fugitive from justice.
  • I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
  • I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective, which includes a determination by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority that I am a danger to myself or others or incompetent to manage my affairs.
  • I have not been committed to any mental institution, nor have I been involuntarily held for a mental health evaluation within the last five (5) years.
  • I have not had any suicidal thoughts or suicidal ideations now or at any time before my presence here.
  • I am not prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or state law.
  • I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a nonimmigrant alien.
  • I have never been, and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
  • I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
  • I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.
  • I have never been, and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • I will not conduct an unauthorized export of any defense articles.

Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arm or Ally S LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or your misrepresentation in relation to your compliance with the Customer Affidavit.

Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend

Arm or Ally S, LLC is a retailer, not a manufacturer. Products sold by us are designed, manufactured, and tested by third parties. We disclaim all warranties, both express and implied. We are not liable for any claims related to product defects or failures.

You acknowledge that Arm or Ally S, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and is not liable for your use of this information. By purchasing from us, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arm or Ally S, LLC, and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any damages, including legal fees and civil liabilities, that may arise from your use of our products or information.

Manufacturers provide critical safety and use information about their products, which you should review before purchase and use.

When you place an order, you accept responsibility for using the product by yourself or others. Should any claims arise from your use, storage, or transportation of the product, including claims by third parties, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arm or Ally S, LLC, and its affiliates from any related damages, including legal fees and civil liabilities.

Jurisdiction

You agree to file any lawsuit against Arm or Ally S, LLC, its owners, agents, officers, or employees exclusively in the courts of Clay County, Missouri. You agree that any lawsuit filed in any other jurisdiction shall be immediately removed to Clay County, Missouri and that you will reimburse Arm or Ally S, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, they incur in defending a lawsuit or effecting its removal until the lawsuit is properly before a court in Clay County, Missouri.

Governing Law

All interactions with ArmorAlly.com, including purchases and the receipt of information, as well as any legal actions arising from these interactions, are governed by the laws of Missouri.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with Arm or Ally S, LLC on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of your right to bring any claims against Arm or Ally S, LLC as part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals.

E-mail List

In an effort to stay in contact with our customers and inform them of sales and specials, we retain a list of each customer's name and e-mail address. Creating an account or placing an order grants us permission to send you emails related to your purchase and other promotions or products.  To be clear, by placing an order on ArmorAlly.com or by registering an account on ArmorAlly.com, you are choosing to add your name and e-mail address to Arm or Ally S, LLC's e-mail list. Your information will be retained and used in accordance with ArmorAlly.com's Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from these e-mails at any time by using the unsubscribe link embedded in one of these e-mails. Arm or Ally S, LLC disclaims all liability for errors in pricing contained in e-mails and advertisements sent by ArmorAlly.com—all prices shown on our website are final.  Arm or Ally may deliver notice to you through e-mail, a general notice on the Site, or by another reliable method to the address or phone number you have provided to Arm or Ally.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites, even if they are affiliated with us.  These linked sites are only for your convenience, and therefore, you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Arm or Ally seeks to protect the integrity of its website and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its Site but for sites it links to (including if a specific link does not work).

Pricing and Information Disclaimer

Pricing is subject to change without notice due to market conditions, product discontinuations, manufacturer price changes, and other factors. We strive to ensure accurate and current information but do not warrant the accuracy of our site's content. We are not liable for any content errors or omissions. If an Arm or Ally product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Arm or Ally reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for a product listed at the incorrect price. Arm or Ally reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Arm or Ally shall issue a credit to your account for the incorrect price.

Store Policies 

Shipping Information

  • By default, our checkout requires a signature upon delivery. You may choose to waive this requirement during checkout. If you opt-out, you assume full responsibility for the package once delivered, including the risk of theft.  By opting out of signature delivery, you waive the 'physical transfer of possession" of your package(s).
  • All carriers have suspended their service guarantees as of March 2020. No refunds are provided if express services are not fulfilled in their expected timelines. (ex. UPS Next Day Air takes 2+ days - no shipping charge refunds are issued.)
  • UPS Saturday Delivery is not included in the shipping rates provided at checkout. If you require a Saturday Delivery, contact us at support@armorally.com. Additional fees will apply.
  • Ensure you provide accurate information at checkout. E-mail address errors will prevent you from receiving order correspondence, confirmation, and tracking information.
  • We do not permit the recipient to change the delivery address of any parcel in transit. All packages will ship to the original shipping address provided. If you need to update your shipping address in transit, contact us at support@armorally.com. Package intercept fees are estimated at $18 plus the additional cost of shipping, depending upon the carrier. You are responsible for these fees when applicable.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors. Suppose a parcel is "returned to sender" due to a lack of access to the delivery location or an insufficient address. In that case, you are responsible for the return shipment and any reshipment costs associated with reshipping the package.
  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii - orders and shipments to these states MAY incur additional shipping charges. If required - we will contact you.
  • If Arm or Ally does not calculate the proper shipping charges at checkout, Arm or Ally reserves the right to place the order, or part of the order, in abeyance until the balance is paid in full.

Shipping Insurance

  • All USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day Air, and FedEx Overnight include up to $100 of insurance.
  • Checkout defaults to Full-Value Insurance (FVI), at an additional cost to the customer.
  • FVI covers the loss or damage while your package is in transit / in possession of the carrier.
  • Loss coverage terminates upon the carrier's delivery confirmation, with or without signature.
  • Customers may opt out of FVI at the checkout. If opting out of FVI, the customer accepts a maximum of $100 coverage in the event of loss-in-transit or damage.
  • No level of insurance covers theft after delivery.

Example 1: Customer purchases FVI for a $200 order. The carrier conducts a missing package search and confirms the loss. Arm or Ally LLC reships the customer a new order or issues a full refund in the event of out-of-stock.

Example 2: Customer opts out of FVI for a $200 order. The carrier conducts a missing package search and confirms the loss. Arm or Ally LLC issues a $100 in-store credit for the customer to place a new order or gives a $100 refund.

Return Information

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. Start your return by submitting a Return Form via our Customer Help Center. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Return processing and refunds could take up to 14 business days, not including transit time, federal holidays, or weekends.
  • Items that are unused/uninstalled, non-blemished/damaged in their original condition, and packaging in original condition can be returned for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee, less original shipping charges regardless of any free shipping promotion. 
  • Any item where the packaging has been opened or damaged may be returnable on a case-by-case basis; restocking fees will vary depending upon severity but may be as high as 50% if accepted.
  • Damaged / Blemished (used/pre-fit) items are not eligible for return. 
  • Any claim against blemished products must be made within 72 hours of delivery, or all claims are void. Delivery is the date/time stamp of the carrier's delivery confirmation. 
  • Items with a manufacturer defect or factory mis-packaged products must be addressed directly with the manufacturer for replacement and are not eligible for return. If a said replacement is refused, our standard return policy is applied to include a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. 
  • It is recommended you photograph all returned merchandise before it leaves your possession.
  • All returned merchandise must be returned using the chosen carrier's full-value insurance. We are not responsible for any returned parcel lost or damaged during transit.
  • Return abuse is not tolerated and violates our return policy.  All instances of return abuse are reported to all credit agencies and, in some circumstances, local law enforcement.

FFL Return Information

Once the FFL item is transferred to you (Completion of the ATF Form 4473), the FFL item is considered used and is not eligible for return. Returns resulting from a failed background check are charged a 30% restocking fee. Other returns of FFL items not already previously covered are subject to our standard return policy plus an additional $10 administrative fee per item.  

Returns or cancellations of promotional items. 

Promotional items are those items purchased that provide additional promotional bonuses such as "Free Shipping on Your Entire Order" or "Coupon for Future Purchase." Returning or canceling a promotional item will also disqualify the order from receiving such promotional benefits. This promotional benefit will be deducted, canceled, and affect your return/refund. Example: You purchase an item with a coupon for "$XX.XX" off a future purchase. Returning or canceling the item will cancel the coupon, and/or if already used, the value of such coupon will be deducted from the return amount. 

Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation fee of 10% of the order total, including shipping charges and applicable tax, will apply to cover transaction processing costs.
  • We make all reasonable attempts to honor cancellation requests. However, orders are packaged and shipped quickly; requesting to cancel your order does not guarantee it is or will be canceled. If your order ships before receiving your cancellation e-mail, you will be responsible for returning the item to us under the terms of our return policy above.

Price Adjustment Policy (Retroactive)

Price adjustments will be honored within two (2) days of purchase and only if the adjustment exceeds $5. All adjustments will be issued in-store credit (coupon), valid for 30 days. To request a price adjustment, please e-mail support@armorally.com with a copy of your order number. Arm or Ally reserves the right to deny any price adjustment request.

Claims Information

  • To initiate the claims process, please follow the instructions and complete and submit the Claims Form through our Customer Help Center within 72 hours of delivery. 
    • Items received damaged in transit Must be noted with the carrier at delivery time.
    • All packaging, including all inner and outer packaging material, must be retained until your claim has been adjudicated and deemed final and may be requested by the carrier during the claims process. 
    • Include photos of the damaged items, item packaging, and outer packaging.
    • Include photos of any stamps/markings on the package that may indicate the parcel was delivered damaged.
    • We will review your claim and contact you once adjudicated with a resolution.
    • Claims for manufacturer workmanship/defect must be made directly with the manufacturer for repair/replacement.  Arm or Ally S LLC may facilitate communication with the manufacturer.
    • Items lost in transit (no delivery confirmation): Verify there has been no movement on your parcel for at least four (4) business days (M-F) or six (6) business days during peak seasons. Open a New Ticket at our Customer Help Center. We will contact the carrier for further investigation.
    • See Shipping Insurance (above) for packages lost in transit.
    • Received Wrong Item / Incorrect Quantity: Open a New Ticket at our Customer Help Center. Include a copy of the packing slip and the shipping label on the outside of the box. 
    • In the event of receiving an incorrect item, we sometimes reship the correct item before receiving the incorrect item back. In these events, if the original item is not returned, we reserve the right to bill your credit card if not received within 20 calendar days of the carrier's delivery confirmation of the replacement item. After 30 days, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and our standard return policy applies. No claims for missing packages are permitted where there is a delivery confirmation scan. In these cases, your claim is direct with the carrier. 
  • Claims for damaged FFL items MUST be made before completing your ATF Form 4473. It is your responsibility to inspect the item before taking possession of it. All Claims for damaged FFL items after completing the 4473 are the customer's responsibility to address with the manufacturer of the item.
  • Stolen Packages: Arm or Ally does not honor any claim against theft after delivery.

Chargeback Fraud

In the event of a chargeback fraud or a fraudulently disputed charge, the customer will incur a $35.00 chargeback fee in addition to the original charges and be liable for all reasonable legal costs associated with disputing the chargeback. It is also agreed that this contract is negotiated in Clay County, Missouri. You agree to our terms and conditions of use by submitting the credit card for payment. I certify that I am either the holder of the submitted credit card or have been authorized by the holder to use it to pay for services provided by Arm or Ally S LLC.

Terms & Conditions Specific to Ammunition Purchases

The following policy applies to all ammunition sales on www.armorally.com.  The following advisement is conspicuously placed on all ammunition product pages.

  • You must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide a valid government-issued ID used to verify citizenship and age.
  • All Sales of ammunition are final.  No returns for ANY reason.
  • All ammunition orders must ship to your physical billing address; No P.O. Boxes.
  • All ammunition sales must require an Adult Signature.
  • You have read, understand, and are acting in accordance with all local, state, and government laws governing the purchase, transfer, and possession of ammunition.
  • You have no legal constraint prohibiting you from ordering, possessing, or transferring ammunition and/or firearms.
  • You are not a convicted felon, a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance, and/or mentally defective.
  • You have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
  • You have not been convicted of domestic violence.
  • You intend not to sell or otherwise transfer ammunition to any other person.

All ammunition orders will be placed on hold until you provide a clear digital image of your valid state-issued driver's license or Passport.  Refusal to provide this information after placing an order will result in order cancelation and subject to a 10% cancelation fee.
