The Zaffiri Precision Top Ported Barrel for G43X is an aftermarket performance barrel for Glock 43 and Glock 43X–compatible builds. Precision-machined ports along the top of the barrel vent expanding gases upward through a corresponding slide window, helping counter muzzle rise and maintain a flatter sight picture during rapid shooting strings.

This integrated porting system provides recoil-management performance without extending the muzzle or requiring a threaded compensator. The compact configuration preserves the slimline proportions of the G43X platform while supporting faster follow-up shots and more controlled transitions when paired with the correct ported slide.

Proper slide fitment is critical. The barrel requires a slide with a correctly positioned top window that provides adequate port clearance and alignment. It should not be installed beneath a standard enclosed slide or used with a slide cut for a different port pattern.

Machined from 416R stainless steel, the barrel is built for consistent lockup, dependable operation, and long-term durability. Conventional rifling supports a broad range of compatible ammunition, while the Spectrum PVD treatment creates a distinctive multicolor finish and adds a durable, wear-resistant surface.

Compared with a flush-and-crown replacement barrel, this top-ported configuration adds built-in gas redirection while retaining a short, non-threaded front end. It is a purpose-built option for assembling or restoring a compatible ported G43 or G43X upper without adding an external muzzle device.
