The Zaffiri Precision Threaded Barrel for G48 is a premium aftermarket upgrade for Glock 48-compatible pistols. Built for the slimline long-slide format, this barrel adds threaded muzzle capability while maintaining the correct G48 slide-length fitment, drop-in installation, and precision-machined construction expected from a purpose-built Zaffiri Precision barrel.

The Glock 48 uses a longer slide than the Glock 43 and Glock 43X, so barrel fitment should be treated as its own category. This Zaffiri Precision barrel is designed for Glock 48-style slides and is not intended as a Glock 43 or Glock 43X replacement barrel. That G48-specific fitment gives the build the proper extended profile while adding the flexibility of a threaded muzzle.

The extended threaded muzzle supports compatible compensators, suppressors, and other properly matched muzzle devices. Compared with a flush-and-crown barrel, this configuration gives the G48 platform more tuning potential at the muzzle. Compared with a ported barrel, it allows the external device to be selected around the build’s intended use while keeping the barrel itself straightforward and drop-in ready.

Zaffiri Precision machines this barrel from 416R stainless steel at its facility in Largo, Florida. Conventional rifling supports a wide range of common ammunition types, including lead, plated, and jacketed bullets. The barrel is designed for consistent fitment with OEM and compatible aftermarket components, making it a practical upgrade for a custom Glock 48 upper, a suppressor-ready slimline build, or a compensator-equipped range setup.
