This complete upper is built around Zaffiri Precision’s Integrated Blowhole System. The chunk-ported barrel and IBS slide openings are designed to work together, directing gases upward through the slide to help reduce muzzle rise without adding a threaded barrel, compensator, or external muzzle device. That keeps the G19 Gen 5 platform compact while adding real recoil-control function inside the upper assembly.

The Black Nitride IBS barrel gives the FDE slide a purposeful two-tone appearance without pulling the build into a flashy direction. Its port geometry is matched to the IBS slide layout, so the barrel and slide work as a system rather than as unrelated parts. For a compact Gen 5 build, that means cleaner gas clearance, flatter tracking, and a more finished upper configuration.
