Spectrum PVD produces shifting blue, purple, bronze, green, and gold tones that change with lighting and viewing angle. The finish becomes especially prominent through slide windows, relief cuts, and around the chamber hood, making the barrel a visible part of the finished build rather than a concealed internal component.

Natural color variation is a defining characteristic of Spectrum PVD. Each barrel develops its own balance of tones and patterning during the coating process, so the exact appearance will differ from representative product images and from one barrel to another.

Zaffiri Precision machines the barrel from 416R stainless steel for strength, dimensional consistency, and dependable engagement with compatible slides and components. Precision-cut chamber, hood, feed-ramp, and locking surfaces support smooth feeding, secure lockup, and repeatable barrel positioning throughout the firing cycle.

The extended muzzle positions the threads beyond the front of a compatible G43 or G43X slide.
