The Zaffiri Precision G43 / G43X Threaded Barrel adds muzzle-device capability to compatible slimline pistol builds while maintaining the compact handling characteristics of the Glock 43 and Glock 43X platforms. Its extended threaded profile supports properly matched compensators and suppressor mounting systems, giving the upper more flexibility than a standard flush-fit barrel.

Machined from 416R stainless steel, the barrel is built for strength, dimensional consistency, and dependable engagement with compatible slides and components. Precision-cut chamber, feed-ramp, hood, and locking surfaces are designed to promote smooth feeding, secure lockup, and repeatable barrel positioning throughout the firing cycle.

The Black Nitride finish gives the barrel a subdued, low-reflection appearance while adding resistance to corrosion, friction, and cycling-related wear. It blends naturally beneath a black slide and creates restrained contrast with FDE, gray, OD green, and other custom finishes. On windowed slides, the dark treatment keeps the exposed barrel detail clean and purposeful.

The extended muzzle places the threads beyond the front of a compatible G43 or G43X slide, providing the clearance needed for properly aligned accessories. A compatible compensator can be added for recoil-management applications, while an appropriate suppressor piston or mounting system allows the pistol to be configured for suppressed use. A correctly fitted thread protector should remain installed whenever no muzzle device is attached.

Conventional rifling supports a broad selection of ammunition, including loads using lead, plated, and jacketed projectiles. This flexibility makes the barrel suitable for training, target shooting, defensive use, and properly configured suppressed applications without limiting ammunition selection to jacketed bullets alone.

Unlike an integrated ported barrel, this non-ported configuration does not require dedicated slide vents or precise alignment between barrel ports and slide openings. The same upper can be used with a thread protector, compensator, or compatible suppressor setup as performance requirements change.
