The Zaffiri Precision G19 Gen 5 Flush and Crown Barrel is a high-performance upgrade for Glock® 19, G19X, and G45 Gen 5 pistols. Whether you’re building a new custom firearm or improving your current setup, this match-grade barrel delivers precision, reliability, and lasting durability.
Each barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel and treated for longevity. The material is heat-treated and stress-relieved to a Rockwell hardness of RC 40–42, making it extremely durable under heavy use. Zaffiri also polishes the bore and chamber to support smooth cycling and optimal feeding with all types of ammunition, including lead, plated, and jacketed rounds.
This barrel is designed exclusively for Gen 5 Glock® frames and includes the specific Gen 5 locking lug profile. It is not compatible with Gen 1–4 pistols. The Flush and Crown design sits even with the slide and features a recessed target crown that protects the muzzle while enhancing shot consistency. This makes it a great option for both duty-ready and competition builds.
