Zaffiri Precision G19 Gen 1-4 Ported Flush and Crown Barrel is engineered to elevate the performance of your Glock® 19. The G19 Gen 1-4 Ported Flush and Crown Barrel is a premium upgrade that delivers precision accuracy, improved recoil control, and superior reliability for shooters who demand top-tier quality from their components.

This barrel is designed exclusively for use with Zaffiri’s ZPS.P ported slide. It is not compatible with other Zaffiri Precision slide cuts such as ZPS.2 or ZPS.3, nor with slides from other manufacturers. The ported design works in tandem with ZPS.P slide cuts to vent gases upward, helping reduce muzzle rise and allowing for quicker follow-up shots—ideal for competition and tactical applications.

Each barrel is machined in the USA from 416R stainless steel, a premium material known for its accuracy, corrosion resistance, and heat stability. Zaffiri Precision then heat treats and stress relieves each barrel to a Rockwell hardness of RC 40-42 for long-lasting performance. The barrel features a polished feed ramp and target crown to enhance reliability and maximize accuracy with lead, plated, or jacketed ammunition.

Aesthetically and functionally refined, the barrel’s “Flush and Crown” cut means it sits flush with the slide and features an inward-angled crown for protection and a clean finish. Available in three high-performance finishes—Black Nitride, Stainless, and Titanium Nitride (TiN) Gold—it pairs perfectly with ZP’s custom slides.
