The Zaffiri Precision G17 Gen 5 Flush and Crown Barrel combines a compact flush-fit profile with Zaffiri Precision’s eye-catching Spectrum PVD finish, creating a barrel that performs like a premium match component while adding unmistakable character to a custom Glock 17 Gen 5-compatible build. The color-shifting finish changes subtly as light moves across the barrel, making it an excellent centerpiece for slides with windows or aggressive machining.

Unlike threaded barrels that extend beyond the slide, this flush-and-crown design preserves the factory-length profile of the Glock 17. The muzzle terminates cleanly at the front of the slide with a recessed crown that protects the rifling while maintaining the balanced handling characteristics many shooters prefer for competition, range, and defensive-style builds.

Spectrum PVD gives every barrel a unique appearance. Depending on lighting and viewing angle, the finish transitions between blue, purple, bronze, and green hues, making each installation visually distinct. The finish becomes especially striking when paired with Zaffiri Precision ZPS.2, ZPS.3, Z Series, or IBS slides that expose more of the barrel through windows and relief cuts.

Precision machined from 416R stainless steel, the barrel uses Gen 5-specific locking geometry for proper engagement with compatible slides and frames. Conventional rifling supports a broad range of appropriate ammunition, while the precision-machined locking surfaces promote repeatable lockup and dependable operation throughout the firing cycle.
