The Zaffiri Precision G17 Gen 5 Flush and Crown Barrel gives a compatible Glock 17 Gen 5 upper a high-contrast custom appearance without adding the length of a threaded muzzle. Its gold-finished barrel remains flush with the front of the slide, creating a clean transition at the muzzle while preserving the familiar dimensions and balance of the full-size platform.

This configuration is built for a straightforward non-threaded setup. There is no thread protector to monitor, no external compensator extending beyond the slide, and no added muzzle hardware to change the pistol’s front-end profile. The crowned muzzle provides a more finished appearance than a conventional squared barrel while helping protect the edge of the bore.

The Gold PVD treatment makes the barrel especially noticeable in slides with windows, relief cuts, or open machining. It creates strong contrast against black, FDE, grey, and similarly subdued slide finishes, allowing the barrel to function as a visible design element without changing its drop-in operating format.

Machined from 416R stainless steel, the barrel uses precision-cut locking surfaces intended for consistent engagement with compatible Gen 5 components. Conventional rifling supports a wide selection of appropriate ammunition, while the Gen 5-specific geometry provides the correct barrel-to-slide interface for this generation of the G17 platform.

Zaffiri Precision manufactures the barrel in-house in Largo, Florida, and designs it for use with factory-style and aftermarket Gen 5 components. It is also compatible with Zaffiri Precision ZPS.2, ZPS.3, Z Series, and IBS slide configurations built for the Glock 17 Gen 5 platform.
