The Zaffiri Precision Flush and Crown Barrel for P365 in Spectrum is built for custom pistols where a conventional single-color barrel simply is not the goal. Its Spectrum PVD finish produces an iridescent, multi-tone appearance that can shift between hues depending on lighting and viewing angle, giving each build a distinctive visual character.

The barrel retains Zaffiri Precision’s compact flush-and-crown geometry, with the muzzle terminating even with the front of a standard-length P365 slide. Because there is no threaded extension beyond the slide, the Spectrum finish remains the primary visual feature while the pistol maintains its short, streamlined profile.

Zaffiri Precision machines the barrel from 416R stainless steel and uses conventional 6-groove rifling with a 1:10 twist rate. A SAAMI-spec chamber, polished bore and chamber surfaces, fully supported chamber, improved feed ramp, and oversized lock-up area round out the precision-machined construction.

For builders using windowed, ported-style, or heavily machined aftermarket slides, the Spectrum barrel can add visible color through the slide openings as well as at the muzzle. That makes this version particularly well suited to P365 builds where the barrel itself is intended to be a focal point rather than simply a concealed internal component.

Spectrum PVD Finish

The Spectrum finish creates a color-shifting appearance rather than a uniform single-color coating. Depending on lighting and angle, the barrel can display multiple tones, making it particularly attractive in aftermarket P365 slides that expose portions of the barrel through windows or machining cuts.

Custom P365 Flush and Crown Barrel

The muzzle remains flush with the front of the slide and uses a precision crown rather than a threaded extension. This keeps the overall pistol compact while allowing the Spectrum finish to provide the visual impact normally associated with a more extensively modified build.
