Zaffiri Precision machines its barrels in-house in Largo, Florida. The barrel uses conventional 6-groove rifling with a 1:10 twist rate, a SAAMI-spec chamber, polished chamber and bore surfaces, and a fully supported chamber. It is also stress relieved and heat treated to RC 40-42 for a durable precision-machined foundation.

The flush-and-crown muzzle is the defining feature of this configuration. Instead of extending past the slide, the barrel terminates at the front of the pistol with a precision crown, helping maintain the compact handling and clean exterior profile associated with the P365.
