The Toolcraft AR10 / 260 Rem Bolt Carrier Group, Double Ejector – Black Nitride is a high-performance component designed for AR-10 rifles chambered in .260 Remington and other calibers with a .470 bolt face. Manufactured in the U.S.A. and backed by a lifetime warranty, this BCG delivers enhanced reliability and consistent function, particularly in high-pressure cartridges like 6.5 Creedmoor and .308 Winchester.

This DPMS-compatible BCG is built with a 9310 steel bolt and an 8620 steel carrier, both treated with a Black Nitride finish for increased corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and extended service life. The carrier features forward assist serrations and a 4130 steel gas key that is properly staked using Grade 8 fasteners for secure and durable performance under repeated firing conditions.

The bolt assembly includes dual ejectors and a reduced diameter 0.065″ firing pin with a matching channel, specifically engineered to resolve common ejection issues found in large-frame AR platforms.
