The Toolcraft 6.5 Grendel / 6mm ARC Bolt Carrier Group – DLC is a full-auto profile M16 BCG built for AR-15 platforms chambered in 6.5 Grendel and 6mm ARC. Manufactured in the U.S.A. and protected by Toolcraft’s no-questions-asked lifetime warranty, this BCG is crafted from premium materials and enhanced with a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish for superior performance and longevity.

The bolt is machined from 9310 steel, shot peened for added strength, and MPI-inspected for structural integrity. Designed as a Type II configuration, it includes a .136″ bolt face depth to ensure compatibility with both 6.5 Grendel and 6mm ARC chamberings. The bolt is paired with a 4140 steel extractor, supported by a Mil-Spec O-ring and three gas rings to maintain consistent case retention and reliable cycling.

The 4130 steel gas key is properly staked using Grade 8 fasteners to ensure long-term alignment and function.
