The Timney AR Targa 2 Stage Short Trigger is a drop-in two-stage trigger for AR-platform rifles, built for shooters who prefer a shorter first-stage take-up before the second-stage break. This curved-shoe 662S configuration is factory tuned with a 2 lb first stage and a crisp 2 lb second stage for a controlled 4 lb total pull weight.

The short first-stage design gives the trigger a quicker transition to the wall than the long Targa version, while still preserving the deliberate control of a two-stage trigger. Once the first stage is taken up, the second stage breaks cleanly and predictably, helping support consistent trigger control on precision-focused, competition, hunting, and range rifle setups.
