The Timney AR PCC Single Stage Trigger is a drop-in trigger upgrade built specifically for AR-style pistol caliber carbines. This curved-shoe 681 configuration is designed for PCC platforms chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP, giving shooters a clean single-stage pull with a factory-tuned 2.5-3 lb pull weight.

Unlike a standard AR trigger adapted into a pistol caliber carbine, the AR PCC trigger is purpose-built for compatible PCC lowers. The complete drop-in assembly uses the firearm’s original hammer and trigger pins as well as the original safety, keeping installation straightforward while preserving familiar lower-receiver controls.

The curved trigger shoe provides a traditional AR-style finger position for shooters who prefer a familiar trigger profile. The single-stage design delivers immediate engagement, a crisp break, and a no-creep trigger feel suited for range use, recreational shooting, and competition-oriented PCC builds.

Timney designed this trigger for simple installation with no gunsmithing, fitting, or adjustment required. It uses a 6061 aluminum housing with S7 and A2 tool-steel internal components, along with anodized and QPQ nitride finishes for durability and long service life.

Each trigger is individually tested and calibrated by hand before leaving the factory. For AR9 and other compatible pistol caliber carbine builds, the 681 offers a refined single-stage trigger press with a familiar curved shoe and easy drop-in installation.
