Starline 6.8 SPC bulk brass was developed to bridge the gap between 5.56mm NATO and 7.62mm NATO, offering superior terminal performance while remaining compatible with the AR-15/M4 platform. Designed for military application, this cartridge provides improved knockdown power over 5.56 NATO with only a minor reduction in magazine capacity. It maintains manageable recoil, making it ideal for both tactical and hunting applications.

This brass performs exceptionally well in short-barreled rifles and is widely recognized for its accuracy, especially in lightweight AR-15 builds intended for deer or hog hunting. Converting a standard AR-15 to 6.8 SPC is simple—just swap the barrel, bolt, and magazine. Starline 6.8 SPC brass is compatible with both 6.8 SPC and 6.8 SPC II chambers, offering versatility for handloaders across a variety of rifles.

Like all Starline brass, this case is made with 70/30 brass alloy and is vertically drawn for consistent wall thickness and dimensional integrity. It is heat treated between forming steps for added durability, and every case is inspected to ensure flash hole presence and proper sizing.
