The Faxon 9mm 10.5 Taper Carbine Blowback Barrel is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium (CMV) steel with a QPQ Nitride corrosion-resistant finish, and M4 feed ramp extension. 100% manufactured in-house from gun-barrel-quality bar-stock, Faxon puts their barrels through a battery of tests and individually checks each barrel for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges. The Faxon 9mm 10.5 Taper Carbine Blowback Barrel is configured with a blowback gas system (no gas block or tube required).
*Note – Faxon Firearms advertises its barrels by their legal length. Pistol Caliber Carbine barrels have the chamber built into the barrel “extension” area, which makes them about ~1″ shorter than centerfire rifle barrels.
