The Faxon 10.5″ 556 NATO Pencil Barrel w/ Pinned Gas Block is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium (CMV) steel with a QPQ Nitride corrosion-resistant finish, and M4 feed ramp extension. 100% manufactured in-house from gun-barrel-quality bar-stock, Faxon puts their barrels through a battery of tests and individually checks each barrel for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges. The Faxon 10.5″ 556 NATO Pencil Barrel w/ Pinned Gas Block is configured with a Carbine gas system, a pinned gas block and Faxon’s famous pencil profile.
This barrel includes a low-profile gas block, pre-drilled to match the gas block journal. If you want the additional peace of mind knowing your gas system won’t shift or loosen when fired, this is a great option for you. Every Faxon 10.5″ 556 NATO Pencil Barrel w/ Pinned Gas Block comes with a pre-notched journal, individually mated to the included low-profile gas block.
