CMC Threaded Fluted Barrel For Glock® 19

75521 – G19 Compatible Threaded Barrel

The CMC Threaded Fluted Barrel is 100% machined and manufactured in the great state of Texas. CMC Glock® 19 compatible barrels are 6 groove, cut rifled, 1:10 Twist Right Hand, fully QC inspected, double honed (rough and finish) to produce the smoothest bore possible. Furthermore, finished bore dimensions are held to /- 0.0005″ tolerance from nominal groove and bore dimensions uniform to within 0.0002 for maximum consistency, accuracy, and quality. CMC’s manufacturing process and a high degree of quality control inspection processes allow them to attain an ultra-precise barrel with enhanced slide fit & lock up for improved accuracy. CMC 75521 Glock® 19 compatible barrels feature straight flutes for aesthetics and 1/2-28 TPI RH threads for your suppressor. A Non-Threaded version is also available: CMC Glock® 19 Non-Threaded Fluted Barrel 75522.

In addition, CMC Match Grade chambers are precision cut and finished to SAAMI specification and maximum Roughness Average of 16. The pre-hardened 416R stainless steel is stress relieved to an exacting recipe after rifling and final hardness is 38-42 Rockwell C before final barrel profile machining is completed.
