The RISE Armament Blitz Defense G2 Drop-In Trigger is a defensive-weight single-stage trigger upgrade for AR-15, AR-10, and PCC-style builds. This configuration pairs a black cassette housing with a black flat interchangeable trigger blade, giving the rifle a clean all-black fire-control setup with a straight trigger face, fast reset, and a factory-set 4.5 lb pull.

The Blitz Defense G2 is built for a different role than the lighter standard Blitz G2. Its 4.5 lb pull gives the shooter a more deliberate trigger press for defensive carbines, duty-style rifles, and home-defense AR setups, while still delivering a cleaner break than a typical mil-spec trigger. That balance makes it a strong option when the build needs improved control without moving to an overly light competition-style pull.

The flat trigger blade gives this version a direct, consistent press. Its straight face helps support repeatable finger placement and a clean rearward pull, while the wide Blitz-style blade provides a stable contact surface for gloved hands, rapid strings, and high-stress handling. The interchangeable blade design also gives this trigger more flexibility than a fixed-blade fire-control group.
