Processed Lake City 308 Brass

Processed Lake City 308 Brass is fully reconditioned to SAAMI .308 Winchester specifications and provides reloaders with a military-grade, cost-effective component that performs across a range of rifle platforms. Originally manufactured in the U.S.A. for the Armed Forces, this 7.62×51 NATO brass is known for its thick walls, durability, and outstanding reloadability. Each case is once-fired and carefully processed to eliminate the need for resizing, trimming, or swaging.

Sourced directly from U.S. military ranges, this brass has been handled and processed by veterans who understand what reloaders expect. It is roll sized, full-length resized, and flash hole deburred. Primer pockets are reamed as needed, and all cases are cleaned to a bright finish. Our process ensures this brass meets both dimensional consistency and structural integrity, making it suitable for bolt guns, M1A platforms, and the AR-10 / LR-308 family.

Processed Lake City 308 Brass is widely respected for its longevity. With proper annealing and care, users can expect between four to eight reloads per case. Field tests have shown comparable performance to premium brands—even competitive shooters have reported no observable difference between new Lapua brass and our standard processed Lake City brass. That level of performance, paired with substantial cost savings, makes this a smart buy for any reloader.

Each order is filled to 101% (extra 10 per 1000), sealed in heavy-duty, retail-quality bags designed for long-term storage. While primarily Lake City, small quantities of other NATO headstamps may be present. We do not guarantee 100% Lake City markings, but all brass meets the same processing standard and specification for .308 Winchester loads.

Common concerns about machine-gun-fired brass are unfounded. The U.S. Military employs several 7.62×51 chambered weapon systems—from the M60 to the M240, M14, M24, and M110—and our extensive processing history confirms that quality brass remains reloadable regardless of firearm origin. This is the brass we use in our own rifles, and we’re proud to pass it along to fellow shooters.
