Each case is deprimed, mechanically sized, and pressure checked as part of a multi-stage processing system. Primer pockets are inspected and reamed when necessary, helping remove crimps and other obstructions that could interfere with primer seating. Multiple sizing gauges are used throughout production to verify case dimensions and improve compatibility with standard 9mm reloading dies and firearm chambers.

After processing, the brass is thoroughly wet washed to remove residue from the case body and primer pocket. The result is clean, bright 9mm brass that eliminates the need for initial tumbling, depriming, and resizing.
