Processed 223 Brass

Our processed 223 brass is of superior quality, sourced from once-fired range brass with both military and commercial pedigree, and fully reconditioned to SAAMI 223 Remington specification. With proper care and annealing intervals, this brass is designed to last for two to six reloads per cartridge. We source brass directly from reputable indoor/outdoor ranges that do not permit reloads on their ranges, which allows us to ensure true once-fired brass.

This is the same brass our in-house experts trust in their own rifles, and it performs reliably in all platforms, including bolt actions and the AR-15. Our processed 223 brass comes ready to reload straight out of the bag—no need for resizing, trimming, or swaging. We recommend applying a light chamfer to the case mouth to aid with smooth projectile seating.

Our processed 223 brass is also a fantastic starting point for precision reloaders looking to do final match prep. Save over 50% in cost compared to new Hornady brass while receiving a product that’s consistent and dependable. Orders are filled to 101% (an extra 10 cases per 1000) and packed in sealed, heavy-duty retail-quality bags designed for long-term storage.

Every case is pressure-checked, deprimed, and evaluated for primer pocket integrity. Pockets are reamed when needed, and multiple gauges are employed during spot-checks to confirm compliance with SAAMI specifications. After mechanical processing, all brass is wet-washed for a brilliant finish, leaving primer pockets completely free of debris.

Our facility uses top-tier commercial processing equipment to ensure quality and uniformity across every batch. Whether you’re reloading for plinking or precision, our processed 223 Rem brass offers exceptional value and performance you can rely on.

NOTE: Neck Tension is not set on this brass and must be completed by the purchaser. We recommend using an “M Die” for optimal results.
