The Arm Or Ally Ported Duty Slide w/ RMSc Cut for Glock 43 combines slimline dimensions, micro-optic compatibility, and a functional top window for compact ported-barrel builds. Precision CNC machined in the USA from 416R stainless steel, this stripped slide provides the clearance needed for a correctly aligned ported barrel while preserving the compact profile of the G43 platform.

The elongated opening at the 12 o’clock position exposes the top of the barrel and allows gases from a compatible Arm Or Ally ported barrel to vent through the slide. This integrated configuration redirects gas upward without extending the pistol’s overall length with an external compensator.

Designed for a Ported Glock 43 Barrel

The top window is positioned to align with a compatible Arm Or Ally ported barrel for Glock 43. When the slide and barrel are used together, the barrel ports remain unobstructed and can direct expanding gas upward through the opening.

Port location, spacing, and alignment are critical. Not every barrel described as ported will align correctly with this slide. An incompatible barrel may direct gas and fouling against the slide rather than through the window, so the barrel should be selected specifically for this ported-slide configuration.

The slide may also be assembled with a compatible non-ported G43 barrel. In that configuration, the window exposes the barrel and reduces slide mass, but it does not provide compensating performance because no gas is vented through the opening.

RMSc Cut for Slimline Optics

The slide uses a modified Shield RMSc-pattern optic cut designed for compact red dots commonly mounted on slimline pistols. Compatible optics include the Shield RMSc, Holosun 407K and 507K, SIG Sauer ROMEOZero, and other optics confirmed to use the same modified RMSc interface.

The mounting surface uses no rear recoil lugs and features lowered front lugs to accommodate these related micro-optic patterns. Mounting screws can vary between optic manufacturers, so use the correct screw length and follow the optic manufacturer’s installation and torque specifications.

This cut is not compatible with full-size RMR-pattern optics such as the Trijicon RMR, Trijicon SRO, Holosun 407C, or Holosun 507C. It is also distinct from the Trijicon RMRcc footprint.

Front and Rear Angled Serrations

Angled serrations at the front and rear provide secure contact points for loading, press checks, and malfunction clearance. The forward serrations allow the slide to be manipulated without relying on the optic housing, while the rear serrations retain a familiar gripping surface.

The machining remains clean and functional, complementing the slimline profile without adding bulky side windows or excessive exterior cuts.

Custom Coating Options

The Arm Or Ally Ported Duty Slide is available in a rotating selection of custom finishes, including solid colors, camouflage patterns, metallic treatments, and specialty designs. Depending on the selected variation, the slide may feature a Cerakote or Diamond-Like Carbon finish for added surface protection and a distinctive appearance.

Stripped Slimline Slide

This product is sold as a stripped slide. It does not include a barrel, recoil spring assembly, internal slide components, sights, optic, cover plate, or optic mounting hardware unless specifically stated with the selected variation.

Completing the upper generally requires a compatible firing pin assembly, firing pin safety and spring, extractor assembly, channel liner, back plate, G43-pattern barrel, slimline recoil spring assembly, and compatible iron sights.

Arm Or Ally guarantees replacement fit and function on factory frames when the slide is assembled with a factory slide completion kit or an Arm Or Ally Slide Completion Parts Kit. Fitment and operation with other aftermarket completion kits may vary.

Glock 43 and Glock 43X Compatibility

The Arm Or Ally Ported Duty Slide is compatible with Glock 43 and Glock 43X frames and corresponding slimline-pattern builds. It accepts compatible G43-pattern barrels, recoil assemblies, internal slide components, and sights. The underlying G43 slide pattern is shared across G43 and G43X applications.

This slide is not compatible with Glock 48 barrels because the G48 uses a longer barrel and slide configuration. It is also not intended for double-stack Glock 19, Glock 26, or other standard-width platforms.
