The Arm Or Ally Ported Duty Slide w/ RMR Cut for Glock 26 adds a functional top window and direct-mount optic capability to the compact Gen 1–3 platform. Precision CNC machined in the USA from 416R stainless steel, this stripped slide is built for subcompact configurations that pair a matching ported barrel with a slide specifically designed to provide proper gas clearance.

The Glock 26’s short slide leaves little room for unnecessary machining. This design places its features where they serve a clear purpose: an elongated top opening for barrel-port exposure, front and rear serrations for positive handling, and an RMR-pattern optic cut for a full-size red dot mounting interface.

Functional Top Window for a Ported G26 Barrel

The opening at the 12 o’clock position is designed to expose the ports of a compatible Arm Or Ally ported barrel for Glock 26. Correct alignment allows gases to vent upward through the slide rather than against the underside of the window.

Unlike an external compensator, the ported barrel and slide configuration does not add length beyond the muzzle. That makes it particularly well suited to the short G26 format, where preserving the pistol’s compact dimensions is often a primary consideration.

Port placement must match the slide window. Not every aftermarket ported barrel uses the same port location, spacing, or direction, and an improperly aligned barrel may vent gas and fouling into the slide. Use a barrel specifically confirmed for this configuration.

Compatible With Standard G26 Barrels

The Ported Duty Slide can also be assembled with a compatible flush-and-crown or threaded Glock 26 Gen 1–3 barrel. With a non-ported barrel installed, the top opening exposes a portion of the barrel and reduces slide mass, but it does not function as a compensating system.

This flexibility allows the same slide to support either a matched ported upper or a custom windowed build using a conventional barrel. Barrel length, generation, and lockup geometry must still match the G26 platform.

RMR-Cut Subcompact Slide

The slide is direct-milled for the Trijicon RMR footprint, providing a secure mounting interface without requiring an adapter plate. It supports the Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507C, and other optics confirmed to use the same full-size RMR-pattern mounting geometry.

The optic cut is positioned ahead of the rear sight dovetail, preserving the ability to install compatible iron sights. Sight height should be chosen according to the optic body and the desired backup sight picture.

The Trijicon RMRcc and Holosun K-series optics use different mounting patterns and do not attach directly to this slide. Verify the optic footprint, screw length, and manufacturer installation requirements before mounting.

Front and Rear Angled Serrations

Angled serrations at both ends of the slide provide defined gripping surfaces for loading, press checks, and malfunction clearance. The forward serrations are especially useful on an optic-equipped subcompact because they provide a manipulation point away from the red-dot housing.

The serration pattern adds useful texture without surrounding the slide with shallow decorative cuts. Combined with the open top, it gives the G26 upper a distinctive profile while keeping the sidewalls comparatively clean.

Custom Finish Options

The Arm Or Ally Ported Duty Slide is available in a rotating selection of custom coatings, including solid colors, camouflage patterns, and specialty treatments. Depending on the selected variation, the slide may feature a Cerakote or Diamond-Like Carbon finish for additional surface protection and a finished appearance that stands apart from a standard factory upper.

Stripped Slide for Glock 26 Builds

This product is sold as a stripped slide. It does not include the barrel, recoil spring assembly, internal slide components, sights, optic, mounting hardware, or optic cover plate unless the selected variation specifically states otherwise.

Completing the upper generally requires a compatible firing pin assembly, firing pin safety and spring, extractor assembly, channel liner, back plate, G26 barrel, recoil spring assembly, and iron sights. All components should be selected for Glock 26 Gen 1–3 dimensions.

Arm Or Ally guarantees replacement fit and function on factory frames when the slide is assembled with a factory slide completion kit or an Arm Or Ally Slide Completion Parts Kit. Proper fitment with unfinished or aftermarket frames depends on the frame being completed accurately. Fitment and function with other aftermarket completion kits may vary.

Glock 26 Gen 1–3 Compatibility

The Arm Or Ally Ported Duty Slide is designed for Glock 26 Gen 1–3 pistols and compatible Gen 3-pattern subcompact builds. It accepts compatible G26 Gen 1–3 barrels, recoil assemblies, internal slide components, and Glock-pattern sights.

This slide is not a direct replacement for later-generation configurations that use different recoil systems, slide geometry, or frame interfaces. Confirm the frame pattern and every major upper component before assembly.
