The Outerwild Outpost AR-15 7″ Premium M-LOK Handguard is precision-machined in-house from custom 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion. Unlike many manufacturers who simply cut slots, we fully machine every exterior surface to deliver a smooth, consistent, and professional finish. Designed to meet the demands of compact AR-15 builds, this 7″ handguard is lightweight, durable, and engineered for superior performance.

Our included 4140 steel barrel nut does not require indexing for gas tube alignment and installs easily with a standard castle nut wrench. Built-in anti-rotation tabs ensure a rock-solid lockup, and the interior diameter of 1.250″ allows compatibility with most low-profile gas blocks. With M-LOK® mounting slots at 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 positions, the handguard offers flexible accessory placement while maintaining a streamlined profile.
