From our custom 6061-T6 extrusion, the Outerwild Outpost AR-15 15″ Premium M-LOK Handguard is engineered for precision, strength, and seamless installation. Unlike many other handguards that simply cut holes and slots into standard extrusions, we fully machine every exterior surface to ensure consistent flatness and uniformity across the rail. This meticulous process enhances both function and aesthetics for your AR-15 platform.

Each handguard includes a robust 4140 steel barrel nut that installs easily with a standard castle nut wrench and does not require indexing for gas tube clearance. The design also incorporates built-in anti-rotation tabs and M-LOK® slots at the 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 positions, giving you maximum flexibility for accessories while maintaining a clean and streamlined profile.
