The Outerwild Outpost AR-15 10″ Premium M-LOK Handguard is precision machined in-house from our proprietary 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion. Unlike many manufacturers that only cut slots and vents, we fully machine every exterior surface to ensure flatness, consistency, and a professional fit and finish. Built for durability and performance, this free float handguard is ideal for mid-length or custom AR-15 builds.
Each handguard includes a 4140 steel barrel nut that requires no indexing for gas tube clearance and can be installed easily using a standard castle nut wrench. Anti-rotation tabs are built-in for secure fitment, and the internal 1.250″ diameter ensures compatibility with low-profile gas blocks. M-LOK® slots at 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 positions allow flexible mounting options for accessories while maintaining a sleek profile.
