This Once Fired Lake City 5.56 / .223 Brass is sourced directly from U.S. military firing ranges and provides reloaders with one of the most trusted case types in the industry. Our current inventory appears to be all Lake City headstamp, though a small percentage of other NATO brass may be included. All cases are machine- and magnetically sorted to remove steel, followed by a visual inspection to discard any unusable pieces. We include a 1% overage by weight in every order to ensure customers receive a full, reloadable count.
This brass is boxer-primed and true once-fired. All military headstamps include crimped primer pockets that must be swaged or reamed before reloading.
