The Magpul STR (Storage/Type Restricted) Carbine Stock – Mil-Spec is a feature-rich, drop-in replacement for AR-15/M4 carbines using Mil-Spec-sized receiver extension tubes. Designed as a storage-capable version of the Magpul CTR®, the STR provides an enhanced cheek weld and integrated storage while maintaining a compact, reinforced polymer A-frame construction for strength and reliability.

Equipped with dual water-resistant battery storage tubes, the STR offers secure onboard storage without compromising its streamlined profile. Its shielded operation lever and supplemental friction lock system prevent accidental adjustments while minimizing movement, enhancing weapon stability and overall shooting precision.

For versatility, the STR Carbine Stock includes two integral sling loops, a reversible push-button QD sling mount, and a replaceable 0.30-inch rubber butt-pad for improved shoulder stability and reduced slippage—even when wearing body armor or modular gear.
