The Magpul STR (Storage/Type Restricted) Carbine Stock – Mil-Spec in Black is a feature-rich, drop-in replacement for AR-15/M4 carbines using Mil-Spec-sized receiver extension tubes. Designed as a storage-capable upgrade to the Magpul CTR®, the STR offers an enhanced cheek weld and integrated storage while maintaining a compact, reinforced polymer A-frame construction for superior strength and performance.

Equipped with dual water-resistant battery storage tubes, the STR provides secure onboard storage for essential items without compromising its slim profile. The shielded operation lever and supplemental friction lock system help prevent accidental adjustments while minimizing stock movement, improving weapon stability and shot consistency.

For added versatility, the STR Carbine Stock includes two integral sling loops, a reversible push-button QD sling mount, and a replaceable 0.30-inch rubber butt-pad that ensures a stable, non-slip shoulder fit—even when used with body armor or modular gear.
