The Killer Innovations Velocity V2 Slide for Glock 19 Gen 5 is built around a more enclosed, duty-driven version of the Velocity design. Machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished in DLC Black, the V2 combines a windowless slide body with aggressive front and rear gripping surfaces, direct red dot mounting, and compatibility with Glock 19 Gen 5, Glock 19X, and Glock 45 configurations.

Instead of the open window cuts used on the Velocity V1, the V2 keeps the sides of the slide enclosed. This provides greater coverage around the barrel and helps control dirt and debris from entering through the slide while maintaining the heavily machined appearance associated with Killer Innovations. For builders who want the Velocity look without exposed barrel windows, the V2 offers a cleaner and more purposeful profile.

Killer Innovations’ Enhanced Grip Feature cuts are positioned at both the front and rear of the slide. These E.G.F. surfaces create positive walls that provide leverage when racking the pistol, performing a chamber check, or clearing the action. The design gives shooters functional manipulation points from either end rather than relying exclusively on conventional rear serrations.

The Velocity V2 also provides broad optic flexibility through a dual mounting pattern machined directly into the slide. Both Trijicon RMR and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprints are supported without a conventional adapter plate. The RMR side supports select compatible Holosun optics, while the DeltaPoint Pro mounting pattern also accommodates the EOTech EFLX when the correct mounting hardware is used.

Killer Innovations lists the Glock 19 V2 at approximately 9.4 ounces with the optic cover plate and screws installed. Combined with the durable DLC Black finish, stainless-steel construction, and Gen 5-specific compatibility, the Velocity V2 provides a premium foundation for Glock 19, Glock 19X, and Glock 45 custom builds.
