The Killer Innovations Velocity V2 Slide for Glock 17 Gen 4 combines a closed, windowless slide profile with the handling and optic-mounting features that distinguish the Velocity Defense series. Precision machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished in DLC Black, the V2 is designed for Glock 17 Gen 4 builds where durability, positive slide manipulation, and red dot versatility are priorities.

The V2 takes a different approach from the open-window Velocity V1. Its enclosed body eliminates the large window cuts, providing greater coverage around the barrel and helping limit dirt and debris from entering through the sides of the slide. Extensive exterior contouring preserves the distinctive Killer Innovations appearance while giving the V2 a more streamlined, duty-oriented profile.

Killer Innovations’ Enhanced Grip Feature cuts are machined into both the front and rear of the slide. These E.G.F. surfaces create pronounced walls that provide positive leverage when charging the pistol, checking the chamber, or clearing the action. With usable gripping surfaces at both ends, the slide accommodates multiple manipulation techniques without depending solely on conventional serrations.

For optic-equipped Glock 17 Gen 4 builds, the Velocity V2 features an integrated dual red dot cut. Both Trijicon RMR and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprints are supported directly by the slide, eliminating the need for a conventional intermediary adapter plate with compatible optics. Certain Holosun, EOTech, and other red dots using one of the supported mounting patterns may also fit when their dimensions and mounting hardware meet the required specifications.

The DLC Black finish gives the 17-4 stainless steel slide a clean, understated appearance that works equally well on factory-inspired pistols and more heavily customized builds. Supplied as a stripped slide, the V2 allows the barrel, sights, recoil assembly, and internal upper components to be selected separately for the intended Glock 17 Gen 4 configuration.
