Precision machined from 17-4 stainless steel, this Gen 5 slide uses the Velocity V1 three-window layout and Killer Innovations’ Enhanced Grip Feature cuts to create a distinctive custom profile with practical manipulation benefits.

The MDC Gray finish gives the slide a muted, modern appearance that works especially well with contrasting black, stainless, gold, copper, and other barrel finishes. Beneath the finish, the 17-4 stainless construction provides the strength and corrosion resistance needed for frequent cycling and long-term use.

Three large window cuts distinguish the V1 configuration and expose portions of the barrel beneath the slide. Combined with the exterior machining, the design reduces unnecessary material while maintaining a substantial stainless-steel structure. Killer Innovations lists the Glock 19 V1 at approximately 8.7 ounces with the optic cover plate and screws installed.

Front and rear Enhanced Grip Feature cuts provide defined gripping surfaces for charging the pistol, checking the chamber, or clearing the action. Instead of relying only on traditional serrations, the E.G.F. design creates positive walls that give the shooter leverage from either end of the slide.

Optic mounting is handled by Killer Innovations’ dual-cut system, which directly supports both Trijicon RMR and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprints without a conventional adapter plate. This gives a Glock 19 Gen 5 build broad red dot flexibility while keeping supported optics mounted directly to the slide.
