Designed for SIG P365XL and P365 XMacro configurations, this 416R stainless steel barrel combines a subdued gray finish with 1/2×28 threads, single-point cut rifling, and Killer Innovations’ S.P.T. manufacturing process.

MDC Gray is the defining visual feature of this configuration. It creates a clean intermediate tone that works particularly well with black, gray, stainless, and two-tone P365 builds, giving the barrel a custom appearance without the brightness of Gold TiN.

The barrel is manufactured using Killer Innovations’ Single Process Technology to maintain close alignment between the bore, rifling, and chamber. Single-point cut rifling forms each groove with the same cutting tool, while a 1:10 twist rate and 11-degree target crown complete the precision-machined design.

At approximately 4.37 inches overall without the thread protector, this XL threaded configuration provides standard 1/2×28 muzzle threads and weighs approximately 2.62 ounces. A Gen 2 Thread Protector and high-temperature rubber O-ring are included with the barrel.
