The Killer Innovations Velocity Threaded Barrel for SIG P365XL in Gold is built for custom P365XL and XMacro configurations where the barrel is intended to stand out. Finished in Titanium Nitride (TiN), this 416R stainless steel barrel combines a bright metallic appearance with 1/2×28 muzzle threads and Killer Innovations’ precision-focused Velocity barrel construction.

The Gold TiN finish is the defining feature of this version. It creates strong contrast against black, gray, FDE, and other darker slide finishes, making it especially appealing in aftermarket slides that expose more of the barrel through windows or aggressive machining.

Beyond the finish, the barrel is manufactured using Killer Innovations’ Single Process Technology and single-point cut rifling. This process is designed to maintain close alignment between the chamber, bore, and rifling while forming each groove with the same cutting tool for consistent geometry throughout the barrel.

The threaded P365XL configuration measures approximately 4.37 inches overall without the thread protector and uses standard 1/2×28 muzzle threads. A 1:10 twist rate, 11-degree target crown, and included Gen 2 Thread Protector complete the setup.
