The Killer Innovations Velocity Threaded Barrel for SIG P365XL in DLC Black is a low-profile threaded upgrade for P365XL and P365 XMacro configurations. Machined from 416R stainless steel and finished in Diamond-Like Carbon, this barrel pairs a durable dark surface treatment with 1/2×28 threads and the precision machining of the Velocity Defense barrel system.

DLC Black gives this version a markedly different role from the Gold and MDC Gray models. Rather than emphasizing visual contrast, the dark finish blends naturally with black slides and factory-style builds, making it a strong choice for shooters who want the advantages of an aftermarket threaded barrel without a bright or decorative appearance.

Killer Innovations manufactures the barrel using Single Process Technology to maintain alignment between the bore, rifling, and chamber. Single-point cut rifling forms each groove with the same cutting tool, while the 1:10 twist rate and 11-degree target crown complete the internal and muzzle geometry.

The XL threaded barrel measures approximately 4.37 inches overall without its protector and weighs approximately 2.62 ounces. Each barrel includes a Black Nitride Gen 2 Thread Protector and high-temperature rubber O-ring.
