The Killer Innovations Velocity Threaded Barrel for SIG P365 ST combines compact P365 fitment with 1/2×28 muzzle threads and a striking Gold Titanium Nitride (TiN) finish. Machined from 416R stainless steel and chambered in 9mm Luger, this threaded barrel is designed for standard-length SIG P365 and P365X configurations while incorporating the precision manufacturing features of the Killer Innovations Velocity barrel line.

Killer Innovations uses its Single Process Technology, or S.P.T., to maintain precise alignment between the bore, rifling, and chamber during manufacturing. The barrel is then single-point cut rifled, with the same cutting tool forming each groove to promote consistent groove geometry and bore concentricity.

The threaded Standard configuration uses a 1:10 twist rate and common 1/2×28 muzzle threads, providing compatibility with appropriately sized 9mm muzzle devices. An 11-degree target crown is incorporated into the precision-machined muzzle geometry, while the threaded extension places the muzzle threads beyond the front of a standard-length P365 slide.

The Gold TiN coating creates a high-contrast appearance against black, gray, or other darker slides while providing a durable exterior finish over the 416R stainless steel. Killer Innovations also includes its Gen 2 Thread Protector and a high-temperature rubber O-ring, completing the threaded barrel configuration when a muzzle device is not installed.
