The Killer Innovations Velocity Barrel for SIG P365XL combines precision-machined 416R stainless steel with a striking Gold Titanium Nitride (TiN) finish for a premium 9mm barrel upgrade. Designed for SIG P365XL and compatible P365 XMacro configurations, this non-threaded barrel uses Killer Innovations’ Single Process Technology to maintain precise alignment between the bore, rifling, and chamber.

Killer Innovations machines the bore, rifling, and chamber in one high-precision process to minimize variation between critical internal features. The barrel then receives single-point cut rifling, using the same cutter to form each groove for highly consistent groove geometry and bore concentricity.

An 11-degree target crown is machined at the muzzle to help protect the rifling and promote consistent projectile exit. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 1:10 twist rate, the XL-length barrel measures approximately 3.66 inches overall and weighs approximately 2.33 ounces.
