The Killer Innovations Velocity Barrel for SIG P365 ST is a precision-machined 9mm upgrade for standard-length P365 configurations using a 3.1-inch barrel. Built from 416R stainless steel and finished in MDC Gray, the Velocity Barrel combines compact factory-length fitment with Killer Innovations’ Single Process Technology and single-point cut rifling.

Killer Innovations uses its S.P.T. manufacturing process to maintain precise alignment between the bore, rifling, and chamber. The barrel is then single-point cut rifled, with the same cutter forming each groove to promote consistent groove geometry and bore concentricity throughout the barrel.

An 11-degree target crown is machined at the muzzle to help protect the rifling and promote consistent projectile exit. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 1:10 twist rate, this standard-length barrel maintains the compact proportions of the P365 platform while providing the precision-focused construction of the Velocity series.

The MDC Gray finish gives the barrel a distinctive neutral appearance that pairs especially well with black, gray, stainless, or contrasting slide finishes.
