Every Velocity Barrel is machined using Killer Innovations’ proprietary manufacturing process, maintaining precise tolerances throughout production. An 11° target crown helps promote consistent bullet release as the projectile exits the bore, supporting improved shot-to-shot consistency while protecting the muzzle from unnecessary wear.

At the core of the design is Killer Innovations’ Single Point Cut rifling with proprietary SPT (Single Process Technology). Rather than using conventional button-rifling methods, each groove is individually cut to maintain exacting bore geometry. This manufacturing approach maximizes rifling consistency and bullet engagement while helping preserve accuracy potential over extended use.

Designed as a true drop-in replacement, the Velocity Barrel installs without permanent modifications or custom fitting.
