The JP Enterprises Enhanced 9mm AR Bolt Assembly (JPBC-9SL-SCS) is a third-generation, full-mass bolt designed to elevate the performance of 9mm AR-style carbines. Precision-machined from 416 stainless steel and finished in a rock-hard QPQ black nitride treatment, this BCG delivers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and smoother cycling through reduced friction and surface wear. Developed to function in conjunction with JP’s 9mm Silent Captured Spring (JPSCS-9MM), this bolt features a shortened stroke design that eliminates the need for a central mass, resulting in faster cycling, reduced bolt bounce, and improved accuracy.

This assembly includes a complete firing pin system and is optimized for last-round lockback when used with compatible lower receivers like the JP GMR-15™. It features a tighter firing pin channel to minimize wear over extended use and accepts Glock®-style magazines and JP side-charging uppers without issue. The carrier is notched for a functional forward assist and retains a full-auto profile for reliable cycling with modern fire control systems.

It is important to note that the JPBC-9SL-SCS bolt is not compatible with Colt SMG-style lowers or magazines. Additionally, this bolt carrier group must be used with a JP Silent Captured Spring (9mm version) or a comparable 9mm buffer and spring system. It is not compatible with standard AR-15 buffer components due to its blowback operation requirements and internal geometry.
