IWI TAVOR X95 5.56 NATO 16.5″ Bullpup
Long Stroke – Gas Piston Operation
The IWI TAVOR X95 5.56 NATO 16.5″ Bullpup Rifle is IWI’s next-generation evolution of the proven TAVOR platform, designed to meet the demanding needs of modern operators. Built with advanced ergonomics and enhanced modularity, the X95 improves upon the original TAVOR SAR with refinements that bring it closer to the AR-15 platform while retaining the rugged reliability and compact profile that define bullpup rifles.
This bullpup rifle utilizes a closed rotating bolt with a long-stroke gas piston system, providing smooth cycling and extreme reliability in all conditions. Chambered in 5.56 NATO and featuring a 16.5-inch barrel, the TAVOR X95 maintains a compact overall length of just 26.125 inches, making it ideal for close-quarters use, vehicle operations, or home defense—all while delivering the ballistics of a full-length rifle.
Significant upgrades include a new fire control pack with a lighter 5–6 lb trigger pull, improved ambidextrous magazine release repositioned to an AR-15-style location, and a relocated non-reciprocating charging handle positioned closer to the shooter’s centerline for faster and more ergonomic operation. A smaller, low-profile bolt release enhances manipulation under stress, and the modular pistol grip allows customization with standard pistol grip options if preferred.
The TAVOR X95 also features an upgraded forearm with integrated Picatinny rails at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, protected by removable rail covers. The full-length top Picatinny rail supports optics, magnifiers, or backup iron sights. It ships with folding front and rear backup sights, including a tritium insert in the front blade for low-light visibility.
Important Compliance Note: The TAVOR X95 is assembled in the United States from a combination of U.S. and imported components under 18 U.S.C. § 922(r). To remain compliant, use only U.S.-made magazines. Using imported magazines may violate federal law.
