Short Stroke – Gas Piston Operation

The TAVOR TS12 Bullpup Shotgun from IWI is a cutting-edge, semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun designed for maximum versatility, capacity, and compact performance. Utilizing a short-stroke gas piston system with a two-position gas regulator, the TS12 is engineered for smooth cycling and reliable operation with a wide variety of loads, making it ideal for home defense, tactical training, or sport shooting.

At the heart of the TS12’s innovative design is its unique three-tube magazine system, each tube capable of holding five 2-3/4” shells or four 3” shells. Combined with a rotating magazine mechanism, this gives shooters a maximum potential capacity of 15+1 rounds. When a tube is emptied, rotating the next magazine tube into position automatically chambers the next round, allowing for fast and seamless reloads without ever needing to remove the shotgun from the shoulder.

Despite its high capacity, the TAVOR TS12 maintains a short overall length of just 28.34 inches, thanks to its compact bullpup configuration. This makes it highly maneuverable in tight spaces while still retaining an 18.5” barrel for effective spread and accuracy. Feeding and unloading can be performed from either side, enhancing its ambidextrous capabilities.

The TS12 also comes loaded with premium features such as a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting optics, M-LOK attachment points for accessories, four QD sling attachment points, and compatibility with Benelli/Beretta-style choke tubes, offering impressive modularity for shooters of all skill levels.

For optimal cycling and performance, IWI recommends using 12-gauge shells with a minimum velocity of 1200 fps and a shot weight of at least 1 1/8 oz.
