Parts for SIG SAUER® P365 Pistols

Shop aftermarket parts for SIG SAUER® P365 pistols at Arm or Ally, including slides, barrels, compensators, thread protectors, and related components for popular P365 configurations. Our parts for SIG SAUER section is organized to help you compare compatible components for standard P365, P365X, P365XL, P365 XMacro, and other supported P365-family configurations.

P365 compatibility depends on more than the name printed on the pistol. Slide length, barrel length, loaded chamber indicator configuration, optic cut, muzzle threading, and the specific P365 variant can all affect fit. Review the individual product listing and manufacturer compatibility information before ordering.

Shop SIG P365 Parts by Category

Arm or Ally separates major P365 upper components into dedicated categories so you can narrow your search before comparing specific configurations, finishes, and manufacturers.

Slides for SIG P365 and P365XL

Browse slides for SIG SAUER P365 pistols, including aftermarket standard-length and XL-length slide configurations.

Current slide offerings include Killer Innovations Velocity Defense models for compatible P365-family pistols. Depending on the individual slide, features may include 17-4 stainless steel construction, enhanced gripping surfaces, optic-ready machining, and support for popular micro red-dot footprints.

Standard P365 slides and P365XL-length slides use different barrel configurations. Before selecting a slide, verify the intended pistol configuration, barrel length, recoil spring assembly, optic mounting pattern, and whether the slide is stripped or includes additional components.

Barrels for SIG P365, P365XL and XMacro

Shop barrels for SIG SAUER P365 pistols, including standard and threaded configurations from manufacturers such as Ballistic Advantage and Killer Innovations.

Our current selection includes barrels intended for standard-length P365 applications as well as P365XL and compatible P365 XMacro configurations. Available options may differ by barrel length, muzzle thread, exterior finish, fluting, and loaded chamber indicator compatibility.

A barrel marketed for the P365 family is not automatically compatible with every P365 slide. Match the barrel to the exact slide length and configuration before purchase.

Compensators, Thread Protectors and Small Parts

Visit our small parts for SIG SAUER section for compatible muzzle-related components, including P365 compensators and 1/2×28 thread protectors.

Current products include the Faxon EXOS-525 compensator for compatible P365 and P365XL threaded barrels, along with Ballistic Advantage thread protectors for compatible 1/2×28 pistol barrels.

When adding a compensator or other muzzle device, verify the barrel’s thread pitch, muzzle geometry, device clearance, and manufacturer fitment requirements.

Understanding the SIG P365 Family

The P365 platform includes multiple pistol configurations that share portions of the same design but do not use universally interchangeable upper components.

P365 and P365X Standard-Length Configurations

Standard P365 and many P365X configurations use the shorter P365 slide and a 3.1-inch non-threaded barrel configuration. Aftermarket manufacturers may refer to this as P365 Standard, P365 ST, or a similar designation.

Our P365 slide selection includes standard-length options designed around this shorter upper configuration.

Threaded barrels extend beyond the slide, so their overall length will be longer than the corresponding non-threaded barrel even though they are intended for the same slide family.

P365XL and Compatible XMacro Configurations

P365XL-length slides are designed around the longer 3.7-inch non-threaded barrel system. Certain P365 XMacro configurations also use components based on this longer P365XL-style upper architecture.

For example, current Killer Innovations XL-length slides are specified for compatible P365XL, P365 XMacro, and P365 Spectre configurations using a 3.7-inch barrel.

Our P365XL and XMacro barrel category also includes Ballistic Advantage barrels made specifically for compatible longer-slide configurations.

Do not select a barrel solely because the pistol is labeled XMacro. Compensated XMacro configurations can use a different barrel and slide relationship than non-compensated XMacro configurations.

Standard vs. XL-Length P365 Slides

One of the most important distinctions when shopping for aftermarket P365 slides is standard versus XL length.

A standard-length P365 slide is generally designed around the 3.1-inch barrel configuration used by compatible P365 and P365X pistols. A P365XL-length slide is designed around the longer 3.7-inch barrel configuration used by compatible P365XL and certain XMacro setups.

The two configurations also require the appropriate recoil spring assembly and related upper components. Do not assume that a barrel or recoil assembly intended for one slide length can be substituted for the other.

LCI vs. No-LCI P365 Barrels

Some P365 barrels are offered with a loaded chamber indicator cut while others are manufactured without one.

LCI indicates that the barrel incorporates the appropriate relief or geometry for a compatible loaded chamber indicator system.

No LCI refers to a barrel manufactured without that feature.

The barrel and slide configuration should be matched correctly. If a product listing specifies LCI or No LCI compatibility, use that specification rather than assuming either version will work with your slide.

Threaded vs. Standard P365 Barrels

Standard non-threaded barrels terminate within the normal muzzle profile of the slide. Threaded P365 barrels extend far enough beyond the slide to provide mounting threads for compatible muzzle devices.

Many aftermarket 9mm P365 threaded barrels use a 1/2×28 muzzle thread, but the specification should always be verified on the individual barrel.

If you plan to use a compensator, browse our P365 compensators and muzzle components after selecting the appropriate threaded barrel. Compensator fit can depend on thread pitch, barrel protrusion, slide geometry, and the manufacturer’s intended host configuration.

Optics-Ready P365 Slides

Aftermarket SIG P365 slides may incorporate direct optic cuts for compact and micro red-dot sights.

Optic compatibility is determined by the slide’s actual mounting pattern, screw specifications, and any required adapter, shim, or mounting hardware. Common optic families used on P365-size slides include RMSc-pattern optics, Holosun K-series optics, EPS Carry, RMRcc, and compatible designs, but not every slide accepts every optic.

Always follow the slide and optic manufacturers’ mounting instructions rather than assuming that two micro-sized optics use the same footprint.

Aftermarket P365 Parts by Manufacturer

Arm or Ally’s current SIG P365 catalog includes products from manufacturers specializing in different areas of the platform.

Killer Innovations offers Velocity-series slides and barrels for standard and XL-length P365 configurations, including stripped optics-ready slide options.

Ballistic Advantage offers P365-family pistol barrels in multiple configurations, including standard and threaded barrels, LCI and No-LCI options, and different finishes.

Faxon is represented in our SIG small-parts and muzzle-components section with the EXOS-525 compensator for compatible P365 and P365XL threaded-barrel configurations.

Inventory changes over time, so use the individual category pages to see currently available models and finishes.

How to Confirm SIG P365 Parts Compatibility

Before ordering replacement or aftermarket P365 components, verify:

  • Pistol configuration: Determine whether you have a P365, P365X, P365XL, XMacro, XMacro Comp, XMacro TACOPS, Spectre, or another P365-family configuration.
  • Slide length: Confirm whether the upper uses a standard P365-length or P365XL-length slide.
  • Barrel configuration: Match the barrel to the correct slide length and locking configuration.
  • LCI configuration: Determine whether the slide and barrel require a loaded chamber indicator cut or a No-LCI barrel.
  • Muzzle threads: Verify thread pitch before installing a compensator, suppressor, or thread protector.
  • Optic footprint: Match the optic to the slide’s actual mounting pattern and required hardware.
  • Recoil assembly: Use the recoil spring assembly specified for the slide and barrel configuration.
  • Package contents: Determine whether a slide is stripped, partially assembled, or complete before ordering additional parts.
  • Manufacturer requirements: Review all fitment, installation, ammunition, and maintenance instructions supplied by the component manufacturer.

Aftermarket component tolerances can vary. If you are uncertain about fitment or installation, consult the component manufacturer or a qualified gunsmith before using the firearm.

For Sig Sauer FAQs

What parts for SIG P365 pistols does Arm or Ally carry?

Arm or Ally carries aftermarket SIG P365-family components including slides, standard and threaded barrels, compensators, thread protectors, and related parts. Current offerings include products from Killer Innovations, Ballistic Advantage, and Faxon.

Are P365 and P365XL slides the same size?

No. Standard P365 slides are designed around the shorter P365 upper configuration, while P365XL-length slides use the longer 3.7-inch non-threaded barrel system. Match the slide, barrel, and recoil spring assembly to the intended configuration.

Do P365XL barrels fit the P365 XMacro?

Some P365 XMacro configurations use P365XL-length barrel architecture, but compatibility depends on the exact XMacro model and slide. XMacro Comp and other compensated configurations can use a different barrel arrangement, so always follow the individual barrel manufacturer’s fitment information.

What does LCI mean on a SIG P365 barrel?

LCI stands for loaded chamber indicator. An LCI barrel incorporates the appropriate cut or geometry for a compatible loaded chamber indicator system. If a barrel is marked No LCI, it is intended for configurations that do not require that feature.

What thread pitch is used on aftermarket P365 threaded barrels?

Many aftermarket 9mm P365 threaded barrels use 1/2×28 muzzle threads. Thread pitch must still be confirmed on the individual barrel before choosing a compensator, thread protector, suppressor, or other muzzle device.
