The .22 Long Rifle chambering is paired with a 1:16 twist rate and 6-groove button rifling, optimized to stabilize both standard and high-velocity loads with minimal jacket deformation. The bore and exterior surfaces are treated with a salt bath nitride finish, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and surface hardness.
