The Faxon Match Series Fluted Barrel for SIG P365 is a compact, non-threaded 9mm upgrade built around reduced weight, refined machining, and tighter-than-factory fitment. Machined from stress-relieved 416-R stainless steel, this Match Series barrel uses a straight-fluted exterior and a full Salt Bath Nitride treatment inside and out for a durable Black finish.

The straight fluting gives this barrel a different role from Faxon’s Duty Series P365 barrels. Material is removed from the exterior to reduce weight and increase surface area while maintaining the rigidity of the 416-R stainless steel construction. The result is a lighter, more visually distinctive barrel that still preserves the compact factory-length profile of the P365.

Internally, Faxon uses conventional button rifling with a 1:10 twist rate and a SAAMI-spec 9mm chamber. Conventional rifling supports a broad range of projectile types, including cast-lead ammunition, while an 11-degree target crown provides a clean, precision-machined muzzle interface.
