Precision machined in-house from 416R stainless steel, this barrel features a heavy fluted profile that combines the rigidity needed for consistent accuracy with enhanced heat dissipation and reduced overall weight. Designed for the 6mm ARC cartridge, this barrel delivers exceptional ballistics and versatility for competition, hunting, or tactical use. The 5R button rifling paired with a 1:7.5 twist rate is optimized to stabilize a broad range of bullet weights, making it suitable for light varmint loads or heavy match-grade projectiles. This rifling style minimizes bullet deformation and fouling, helping to preserve barrel life and improve consistency between cleanings. A salt bath nitride finish coats both the bore and exterior, enhancing corrosion resistance and surface hardness for long-term reliability.
This model includes a rifle-length gas system to deliver smooth recoil impulse and reliable cycling, even when suppressed. A .750″ gas block journal with a 1.9″ length offers compatibility with most standard gas blocks. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24 TPI, allowing seamless integration with your preferred compensator, brake, or suppressor. The M4 barrel extension is Nickel Teflon coated, promoting better receiver lockup and increased corrosion protection without added lubrication. A recessed 11-degree target crown ensures uniform gas release and contributes to exceptional shot-to-shot precision.
